• While we strive to replicate the mock-up on our website as closely as possible, there may be slight variations in color or design. Additionally, intricate decorations in the mock-up may be challenging to replicate through sublimation.
• Given the custom nature of these products, you have the flexibility to alter the colors of the shorts or jersey, as well as select different sizes for each.
• On average, processing for fully sublimated styles takes 7-10 business days. However, depending on the complexity of your order, this timeframe may extend to 12 business days. Opting for rush processing can reduce this to 5-7 business days, but approval from you is necessary for bulk processing to commence after you've received and approved the order images we send you.
• Prior to bulk production, you'll receive an approval image. Any requested changes will incur an additional 2 business days as we remake approval images for each alteration. Once approved, no further changes are possible, and the final product will reflect the approved mock-up.
